With its elegant floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy just the right amount of natural lighting, while our adjustable shades grant you full control over both lighting and privacy. Spanning 3,600 square feet of open floor space, our venue comfortably accommodates up to 180 guests, ensuring ample room for dining, dancing, socializing, and entertainment.

You can rent NorthGate Venue with the following packages, each thoughtfully designed to enhance your event experience. Packages include tables, chairs, and full access to the well-equipped kitchenette area. (Linens are available for rental.) Please be aware that a $100 nonrefundable Booking Deposit is required to secure your desired date. Additionally, the full rental fee must be paid in full two months prior to your event, ensuring a seamless planning process. For those planning last-minute events (less than two months from the event date), the full payment is due at the time of booking, making it easier to accommodate your immediate needs.

In addition to our rates, we do charge a refundable security deposit, the amount is set according to your event and can range between $100 and $250.  This is to insure there is no damage to the venue, and guests follow guidelines.
